How much is shipping?
We offer various shipping rates for you
to pick from; they are available at checkout. We do not control shipping rates; they are
subject to change without notice.

Shipping is free on orders of $125 or more, before taxes.

If you reside in the lower mainland, we offer local delivery for a flat fee of $5-10,
depending on your location. This option is only available if it shows up at checkout.

Free local delivery within the lower mainland on orders above $90.

When will I get my order?
You’re excited for you order and we get it! Order processing times vary by location.

Canadian Orders:
We process orders within 3 business days. Your order is picked, packed and shipped
within that time frame. Business hours are 7am – 3pm, Monday – Friday, excluding
statutory holidays. If your order is received outside of business hours, it will fall into the
following business hours’ day. For example, an order placed at 6am on Monday will be
processed by Thursday. An order placed Wednesday, 4:30pm, will be processed by the
following Monday. All shipping times vary on the option you selected and is up to the
shipping company. Some orders get delivered right on time, some early, an
unfortunately, some later than expected – please note this is entirely out of our control.

US Orders:
We process orders within 3 business days. Your order is picked, packed and ready for
shipment within that time frame. All shipping times vary on the option you selected and

EU/AUS/ASIA Orders:
